Used to do it for quite a while. It felt nice as a routine and ritual. It pulls out toxins from the mouth so that's great. Now that you are mentioning it I kinda wanna start doing it again for what I am thinking would contribute to tongue, jaw and face exercise. The more image the more I am seeing the benefit to do whatever to keep my facial muscles alive.

I used sesame seed oil because it's more beneficial for my dosha according to ayurvedic medicine. I am a pita/vatta dosha.
