It does lather up well. I just started using it in my hair (and it is long), even though I've never used bar soap as shampoo before. I've stopped buying shampoo. I bought the Tea Tree and the Lemongrass varieties. They arrived today and I took a quick shower as soon as I got home from work using the lemon grass soap. I guess I should have taken a photo of the soap before I used it.
I was worried about it not lathering as I have been using liquid form body wash for thirty years. I was not disappointed. The soap really lathers up very well and smells great. I thought about trying that. Maybe I will today. I stopped using shampoo a long time ago and have only been using conditioner.
