how do you add an image or vid clip to a zap note?

I can add this reply/note here and have the option for attachments, I'm not seeing option with the note of a wallet of satoshi zap.

You add the note directly on Amethyst with a double tap on ⚡ icon. If you are on Damus, long press ⚡

I meant how to add an attachment in wos, not amethyst, it's easy here.

I've been adding notes like that to most of my zaps, directly in wos. I just zapped with the double tap & added the public note, but was also able to add a note in wos too. I'm assuming that both are public.
