I am a dev, I forked Astral, added some code to query.worker.js (spec. to function handleEventMessage) in order to filter all that spamming that's flooding the global feed. This makes paid relays unnecessary. Just make a array of prohibited words and scan the content for them.

And… relays get paid by advertisers to get exclusive access to their flocks of nostriches.
