Who said Noah fit two 'adult' animals of each kind on the ark? If you were given that task, wouldn't you be smart about it? Wouldn't it be easier to not only catch, but house, and to feed, and to keep predators/prey separate, if they were young?

Snow Fleas and Galapagos Giant Tortoises require rather dramatically different thermal environments. Ditto for the Madagascan Day Gecko (high humidity or it dies) and the Thorny Devil (low humidity or it dies).
I don't think we could do it today, even with a staff of thousands using modern technology on a budget of billions.
Its a cool concept, though. Many poorer people in flood-prone Asian countries have a boat as part of their house, to save the most important things when the worst happens
