These memes are always kinda wild to me because this is what happens today, right now, in dozens of capitalist countries. Hell, the differences aren't quite so stark in America (yet), but there's still a lot more than a grain of truth to it in the US. This is literally a picture of people's lives under capitalism TODAY with a caption about how terrible it'd be to experience under socialism. It just feels like copium.
