I’ve been obsessing with how one might create a Substack-like product on Nostr all day. Anyone else already working on this or want to work on this?

You mean like a generic platform for long-form articles? There are at least 3 initiatives I've seen, but each is doing its own thing different from the others and it would be much better if there was a common standard and everybody implemented that.
