You know... The more I think about it, one of the reasons that people won't buy Bitcoin is they can't handle being wrong. Sure, they see that #bitcoin continually makes higher highs, but you have to go through the phases of it going lower. It reminds me of the story of the guy that bought $20 worth of Bitcoin but had to sell when the value dropped to $15.
Wasn't destitute. Didn't need the $5. Just couldn't handle having to say out loud that while he's down right now, it'll be fine in the long run. No conviction. If you don't have an understanding of what you're buying... Bitcoin makes you look like retarded most of the time. "Gains are made 10 days out of the year."
In other words, "you look like an idiot 355 days of the year."
Just talk to people. You'll realize most of their egos can't handle being "wrong" that long.
