🪧 The Four-Quarters Method

Instead of thinking, “I’ve blown the whole day, I’ll get back on track tomorrow,” try viewing your day as four separate quarters:

•   Morning

•   Midday

•   Afternoon

•   Evening

If one quarter doesn’t go as planned, reset for the next one. This way, you can fail small, not big, and stay in control of your progress.
