Yea you would need another keyboard which i kind of do not want to do because youd have to trust them. So I copy them from the browser into simple notes app from f-droid and go there to get them when needed.

Not the greatest solution but I copy them from there into Amethyst for preset react emojis so I never really need to do it again.
You just have to long press the Enter key.
