You'd get verified contacts in bitchat, and could publish to relays through a mesh of BLE nodes. If it used something other than Kind1 it could be more informal? There's value, but I'm not sure its what people want
If it’s a suitable replacement for the awful DMs in most Nostr clients, that could be useful, but I’m not sold on the mesh network concept yet, if it depends entirely on Bluetooth devices being in range to even work.
I mean... every phone, tablet, computer, AirTag, TV, etc... is a BLE device. They're everywhere
