Dennis runs (or is very involved with) the Satoshi Action Fund which gets involved with state and federal governments trying to promote bitcoin projects. He’s been instrumental with getting legislation passed all around the US on the state level regarding BTC mining. I’m guessing the Alabama legislature hasn’t been receptive to him which is why he made that post. I was curious to see if anyone had heard what was going on.
