You see, vast majority of hospitals are state ran and pay for with taxes and mandatory health insurance, but if you need something done, like MRI, x-ray or whatever, and you're not being brought unconscious straight from a car crash by an ambulance, they'll be like, we're booked till December 2028. Unless you pay full price, of course, in which case everything's available, although the staff might not know how the equipment works.
