Replying to unity

Cutting sugar is big. Also, cut alcohol, smoking and fried/processed food and start exercising. There’s a limit how much this can do for everyone based on our genetics though.

Where I live fried and sugar is too common. Sugar is down. Booze is down. Fried goes from today.

Also this is only a problem cuz my loved ones glow <3 its from a good place
