You are projecting on women things that they are not.

I know we all want our companies to also connect with us mentally, but that is mostly imposible. Their DNA is different, their instincts are different, their preferences are different, their egos are 10x bigger, and even their morals are severely limited.

Don't be like one of us that realized this at 45yo. Many had to lose everything to realize it.
