I think you were able to use MoonPay to buy virtual debit cards but pretty sure they just killed that service.

I've been using the Bitcoin Co. app to buy Visa gift cards. Not the same but pretty close.

It was Paywithmoon, yes it's dead but supposedly coming back asap. The Bitcoin Company has an app that still offers the cards

Coindebit.io was cool when it was alive.
