This is the point of Playing games (sports) with young children.

Learning to lose with grace

Learning to win with grace

Learning to wait your turn

Learning to deal with “bad luck”

For the older kids, learning how to deal with “being the reason your team lost.”

-This is leadership 101

Good on you. 🫡

I still need reminders on those lessons

My dad set up a lan with Warcraft I.

I was humans and he was orcs. He came and attacked my base and I started crying. He paused the game but only on his side (weird feature) and he allowed me to come into his base and destroy all his stuff.

Parents love their kids too much, he should have wasted me and told me I'm a crybaby.

I love him.

Nah, letting them win is also a chance to teach. Do both.

It was me though. My dad is a granfather now.

Sounded like a good dad

Grace is so important in all things life.
