This is super difficult I know. I honestly think God made this difficult because it is such a powerful thing and so important to forgive others who wrong us.

1 Peter 3:9: "Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult, but on the contrary, repay evil with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing."
