Probably not. Maybe a /USD price pump. Newbs tend to leave it on the exchange, not to mention they have to keep it there until the ACH clears on the backend. I also think anyone who buys bitcoin because of 50bps, already has their bitcoin custody figured out. On chain action probably won’t be particularly remarkable.
