i considered building windows and mac binaries but gfy... if you are geeky enough to want a vanity address you can install golang, it will work on all OS's there's nothing platform specific it does

i'm not aware of a GPU implementation of the pubkey derivation function, but i'd be very pleased to hear that an opencl version exists
it's kinda incredible that it hasn't happened sooner, elliptic curve keys are basically becoming the norm these days, on SSL/TLS, on SSH, basically all cryptocurrencies use them, either ECDSA, ED25519 or Schnorr
minting vanity keys is now definitely a big thing
