By the way all fibres actually do is create gasses in your intestines which trick you into thinking they're helping you digest since the gasses are forced out of your body and so bring the food in front of it with it. If you want better actual digestion you should cut out things like gluten which promote a leaky gut and cause undigested food to disolve into your blood and create inflammation all over your body. So to summarise fibres aren't good for you and they give you the illusion that eating foods bad for your digestion is actually okay because you just "weren't having enough fibre" :)

Let me rephrase, it's good for you to take a smooth shit because of fibre.
