Hmm. Tbh my strategy needs improvement. The "groove" or something happens when I'm doing something moderately new. Not totally new, though. And it'll sound cliche, but spirituality has helped. If I can make a ritual out of something, then every time I repeat it, stuff just feels better. And recognizing that hope is more of a trajectory than a state. Strength comes from doing the hard thing, whatever that is currently.
