Great phrasing "unregistered stash"! Thanks to Nostr I noticed my pages and pages of zaps are "unregistered", my wallet has absolutely none of my KYC sats in it! So I just went a step further and dipped my toe in the water of P2P, and bought the smallest amount of Bitcoin I could on RoboSats ($6.20 funding with Strike). Amazingly easy to do, highly recommend. Now I have a controlled way to add to my unregistered stash!🙂
