Humm, you are right. Can start simple though, e.g., reply to post with something like _at_ RemovePayWallBot. Bot scans the tagged note for links and reply with a comment (without trying to identify paywalls at first). Them smarter people than me can figure how to improve it.
I'll add something like this to my bottomless todo list and work on it if nobody else builds it first.
404media has been pretty accurate so far. They even got the EFF award for 2024 .
Set a wallet when you have a chance. (Despite what some folks say around here, in order to zap a few hundred or thousand zap around a custodial wallet should be absolutely fine). I keep trying to zap you and failing! :).
