there is one odd thing about N. Korea that no one says out loud.
-how does a country with essentially no electric grid, no education system, no infrastructure and no scientifically developed research community hack corporations and nations and also develop nukes?
-answer: the CCP gives it everything and supports it so that it can do their dirty work.
when you hear N. Korea just substitute "CCP mercenaries"
