Trying a little cut tomorrow. Basically going to eat 4 pasture raised eggs for bfast w/ lmnt water and black coffee. 2 triple zero yogurts at 10 and then again at 2. 1 lb of ground beef with Siete seasoning. Then for dessert 1 cup of Kalona whole milk w 2 scoops of ascent choc protein whey powder. Collagen and Creatine. About 1750 cals. Trying to do this 3 days and then carb cycle. Down about 34 lbs since Dec. prob have another 20 to go to where I want to be. 6-5 and 215 currently
