Is the bridge in question safe? Can I store my wealth on it and trust that it'll never collapse? Can I trust your guards standing on both sides of the bridge to not steal from me? Asking for a friend...
My guess is the prime trust suits probably don't have access to those keys. I'm guessing some upper middle manager is trying to pull a Keyser Soze.
