Magic earth, OSM are two apps that work really well.

admittedly I've done things like record a trip I navigated using google maps then used the OSM recording for future trips thereafter. I've also matched up a google maps location and tried to find it on OSM then starred that place and started navigation from there.

It doesn't have every address is what I'm trying to say.

So I'd still check out other suggestions
