Kudos on avoiding trad-social media. IMO, it has become very toxic.
As for books, for many years I've focused mostly on non-fiction with an emphasis on bitcoin centric books. But I read The Giver during covid and it kinda blew my mind... have read and perused it multiple times now. How about you? What's your favorite book?
As for writing, I'm a big journal/reflection fan.

I‘m not as much of a reader in recent years - I struggle with my ability to focus on reading for more than an hour or so. But when I‘m in the mood, I always enjoy some John Steinbeck. Also Stanisław Lem is one of my favourites.
