Yes, but never underestimate the system ability to fuck everything up in order to save itself for little longer. A lot of people spent decades waiting for THE collapse while just getting grumpier and grumpier. It's a trap (which I don't say you are falling into) and it is great that bitcoiners mostly take the "we build a better system in parallel and you do you" way.
