bulgarian police did it to me in 2013 and their "spetz politsiya" very nearly killed me - probably only my rubbery hard skull that kept me from any damage, the doctors could not believe i had no skull fracture from the superficial damage
so long as they have the majority of the population hypnotized they will continue to get away with this shit
at this point it looks like the only thing that is gonna unseat them is disaster that will put the whole human civilization backwards mostly a thousand years, or an unlikely but possible intervention
