Sleep apnea can be really dangerous and it should definitely be something looked at 🫂💜 I know you may not like being at a hospital or the doctors, similar to me, but it could be vital for your well-being, especially in the long-term.

I do cough in my sleep without me knowing (like instead of talking in my sleep lol), but usually I don’t make a sound 😅 Often find myself waking up due to struggling breathing, blocked nose (nasal spray doesn’t work) and having to cough a lot more to get the slim up. It’s like having a never ending cold 🤙
