So Iris is just a white labelled Snort client now? Meaning it is Snort but the branding is changed to say Iris?

Wow, Iris is Snort and Snort is Iris.
We're now working on the same codebase (from Snort) to avoid duplicate work and get more done. MIT license. Looking forward to bringing together the best of both clients.
