Nah... You remember there's $9 trillion in debt that has to be refinanced this year? You notice markets scare the people, and many go running to the bond market for 'safety'. What happens to interest rates when this happens? They go down... So, that $9 trillion can be refied at lower rates, and the citizen saves money.. America is going to dominate the econmic world...
