3rd party seller. Amazon customer service contacted them for me. They claim it was an honest mistake and they'll ship me the correct item. I don't believe that, but we'll see in a couple days.

This is where having an Amex card comes in handy. They wonโ€™t pay the seller if you call them, so you wonโ€™t be out any $.

YES! I work in payments and have personally seen chargback responses from Amex where they stick it to the merchant on behalf of the cardholder! Only card I fuck with...
