I think it expires after a few hours. Not 100% sure, the website could use a bit more clarity on details like that.

Ostensibly they go to the mining facilities who rent out their hashpower, which can include the creators of Rigly themselves, they provide hashpower for rent on the platform along with the other facilities contracted.
