last i tested phoenix does not currently work to receive mining rewards with Ocean as Phoenix wallet does not let you create specific bolt12 offers with the right description.

There are currently 125 <1TH/s plebs mining with Ocean, and 203 with <3TH/s, which is almost ΒΌ of total contributors.

phoenixd is the server service thats right, i forgot about that iwas thinking the mobile app when i tried it a few months ago you could not update the description as required for Ocean.
