A couple of years ago had moving decisions to make and said yes to an invite to visit some new friend's land over Christmas and explore if we might be a good land mates fit for the winter... a gorgeous redwoods property with ocean view in Occidental that had become a favorite of mine to visit. It was a real sweet Christmas few days and I loved meeting their 7 year old star seed child.
