has anyone experimented with live apps on nostr?

maybe clients could pull init data from a relay for setup, but live state might be managed by clients and only persisted to relays from time to time?

i saw this live puzzle tabletop (don’t think it works on mobile) and began thinking about nostr approaches. a table top for any kind of game to be built would be fun!
