Nobody can beat the USA in a hot war and Greenland is full of natural resources, beneath their ice sheet. Europe can crush Russia, but the USA? Nah.
Negotiate and try to save face, is the best you can do. And then take independence from American companies, energy, and currency more seriously, ffs.
Russia is already victor in Ukraine. The EU is a failed political construct, heavily in debt, militarily useless.
