Purple.
🤔 I don't have purple at moment. Would have to find a natural solution for that. Not bad idea though.

Maybe you could use beets and make it pink.
That's an idea. But again, don't have any on hand. Also, after looking it up, it would turn the soap more purple than red in a hot process soap.
