i don’t get it.

How this is suppose to work ?

If i’m the original poster i can already choose to limit a post to my followers

If it’s a public post, and a troll occur, i can silence or block him.

Eventually other people will.

He will eventually get bored and go away

Even if i reply to a post i can choose to change visibility.

So far, fediverse instances don’t have algorithms influencing the timeline so the trolling attempt can’t really go ‘viral’.
