First i’m hearing of the shoulder tap technique. Does that mean you contort a little in order to touch your shoulder to the ground?

We don't have to compare with others, because in that case I would love to be like this guy πŸ‘‡ but I can't 😫 we can try to be a better version of yourself (if we can!) , I don't have enough free time, but I try to eat healthy, exercise and get sufficient sleep. My goal is to live as long as I can, and as healthy as I can 😊 But I also enjoy life, food πŸ’ͺ and chocolate! 😫
