He just handle the money from his Investors. They have him money, he buys real BTC for them and he sell the Fake BTC to the WallStreet kids. His Investors get back their money and still own the BTC.

WallstreetKids lose all their money and have no BTC. And if they win a little bit the government will tax it. So they only loose.
