Mate, I do chicken livers but it'll work too.

1x whole onion.

~450g of liver, diced into small bite size cubes

About 60ml of peri peri sauce (Nandos is the best for this)

And some seed oil (you need the heat transfer for a quick fry and to fry the liver)

And then serve it with some day old bread (a little stale long loaf with some butter)

Personally, I do 20-30gr a day, and I put it in the omelette or mixed with ground beef. 3 minutes on the air fryer or pan fried 1 minute.

Sounds good! A friend recommended soaking in buttermilk for an hour or so prior to cooking.
