The user is dead stupid.
Adjust your connected relays. Because your change on metadata does not always applies to every single relays. These are dumb storages. You must fix it yourself with something like nak.
Or, Start a new npub from scratch and be anonymous at the very beginning if that's exactly what you come here for.
