I mean, I was certainly guiltily of reply-guying ppl like Schiff or Ver on the Elon App before that platform sucked.
But those particular dbags aren’t here, and nothing they have to say elsewhere is new or valuable. Sco I guess I’m just saying, why bring them up here?
If they join up here and start participating in conversation, that’s very different.
My understanding of libel and slander laws is that it centers around diminishing a person's social or professional standing.
Which means, once a person's reputation is so low, and so, impossible to diminish, it's impossible to be found guilty of either, in regard to that person. That is, anyone can say anything they like about them.
btw, this has absolutely nothing to do with Schiff.
