Ok, so, It is called 'Department of Defence' for reasons, but not Department of War, Attack or Offence. To defend yourself, the defence system must be very strong and precise. If you misuse your strength, your strength will decrease, but if you rightly use your strength, it will increase. So, don't waste your weapons and strength other than as the final option.
