why does no one seem to understand that when he freaks out and seems to aim lower, it's because the suspect was never in his field of view, as he was scanning the further horizon. The suspect was outside of the zone he was responsible for, which is the results of the freak out, and dropping of the barrel angle to cover a much closer zone.
