Ok so I went cold turkey for about 6 months. It was not fun.
I used dandelion root tea which has no caffeine and tastes like a poor man’s coffee so it kinda sorta filled the void. But not really.
When I began adding it back, I was one cup max, gotta watch that creeping urge to have more.
If you haven’t done it, it’s very interesting to experience life when you aren’t caffeinated. Hard to describe aside from interesting. I caught myself many times thinking “wow, I was always on caffeine”. I think moderation is key, but very challenging. 🤙🏼
